CleverSnippets has a very simple privacy policy:

None of your data is leaving the device until you share it by yourself!

If you decide to store your snippets to iCloud drive, your snippet data will be uploaded to iCloud. There will be no data uploaded to Sophisticated Apps (maker of this App).

By using the sharing menu, you will be able to share your snippet to different 3rd party Apps and platforms.
